黨的十九大報告，不僅在國內受到廣泛關注，也引發了全球媒體的爭相報道。為提升報告的外文翻譯質量、增強大會精神國際傳播效應，來自英國、加拿大、西班牙等多名外籍專家參與了此次大會報告外文譯本的核稿潤色工作。這也是改革開放以來我國第一次邀請外籍專家提前介入參與全國黨代會報告的翻譯工作。
